The Brightwater
State School community is today celebrating the achievements of seven very
talented students. The budding
scientists have received outstanding results in the 2015 International
Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) Science Test.
Zoe (Year 2),
Matilda (Year 2) and Phoebe (Year 4) all received High
Distinctions placing them in the top 1% for their age in Australia.
Ranking in the top 10% in Australia and
receiving Distinctions were Liam (Year 2), Nethra (Year 3),
Caitlin (Year 3) and Chris (Year 3). Students from the school also received a swag
of credits and a merit
